SmileMakers Volunteer Team

This year, we proudly honor our dedicated SmileMakers volunteer team—a remarkable group of 16 core members, some of whom have been with the program since 1987, contributing over 39 years of service.

What began as a small effort delivering hundreds of holiday gifts has grown into a powerful program distributing thousands of gifts each year to older adults and individuals in long-term care—many of whom would otherwise go without.

Their unwavering commitment, compassion, and decades of service embody the heart of Council on Aging’s mission and the profound impact of volunteerism in our community.
